Check out this amazing dessert my friend Amy brought to our house this weekend! Of course I had to ask her for the recipe so I could share with our readers! I was telling her about how I just bought my first trifle dish a few weeks ago, and I’ve been pinning as many trifle recipes as I can find! So, I was ecstatic when she walked in the door with this one!

Chocolate Banana Trifle

Ingredients
- -1 box chocolate pudding
- -3 bananas
- -1 tub of original cool whip, thawed
- -1 package of Oreo Cookies (You will need 10 cookies to make the topping)
- -1/2 C sour cream
- -milk (to make pudding)
- -lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut bananas into slices, and soak in lemon juice for about 20-30 minutes to keep them from turning brown.
- Prepare chocolate pudding as directed.
- Add ½ C sour cream (You don't have to add the sour cream if you don't like it).
- Layer bananas, pudding, and whipped cream in trifle bowl.
- Top with crushed Oreo cookies and bananas

Oh My!! I’m going to have to make this soon!!! Bananas and chocolate…how can you go wrong!? The tricky part will be making sure that my husband does not eat all the oreos before I have the chance to make it! lol
