Homemade Icepack

We’re so excited to share this Homemade ice pack formula with you!!! You won’t need to buy the gel ice packs ANYMORE!! This is simply made up of 1 part alcohol to 3 parts water.  I used 1 cup of alcohol to 3 cups water and placed in the freezer! You may need to break up the larger pieces once it is frozen, but this is a SUPER cheap alternative to buying one!! My chiropractor charges $15 for his!!!

Tools/Ingredients:

• rubbing alcohol
• seal-tight freezer storage bag
• measuring cup

Directions:

1. Mix 1 part alcohol to 3 parts water.
2. Place in seal-tight freezer bag.
3. Place in freezer for several hours.
4. Crunch up larger pieces and use!
