My mom made Loaded Cauliflower tonight, and it was AMAZING!!!!! I had to share the recipe, and it’s low carb too! Hubby has been doing a lower carb diet, and this was so good!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/4 C crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 C shredded cheese (we used cheddar)
Directions:
1. Clean the cauliflower and cut it into bite size pieces.
2. Boil until tender.
3. Mix with remaining ingredients in baking dish.
4. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Now enjoy a little bit of heaven!!
