When my dogs go outside, there are a ton of annoying pests, and we want to keep our animals safe in an all-natural way. Please note that this recipe call for essential oils, and I believe you get what you pay for, and if you use cheap oils, they will not work. This is why we only use Young Living essential oils. Please note that I use this same spray formula on my entire family as well as my pets! I use the following ingredients to make my own spray:
Ingredients:
1/4 C white vinegar
1/4 C distilled water
-10 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
-10 drops of Lemongrass essential oil
-5 drops of Citronella essential oil
-5 drops Lavender essential oil
5 drops Purification essential oil

Directions:
To make a spray, combine these ingredients in a 4oz. glass spray bottle. To make a collar, I place this same formula in a dish and soak the collars for at least 1-2 hours and then allow collars to dry overnight. Spray should be applied frequently (I do once a day), and collars should be soaked at least once a week.
DIY Pet Bed Spray:
For odor control with our three dogs, we make a spray in a 4oz. glass spray bottle by simply adding distilled water and 20 drops of Purification essential oil. Please note that cats are more sensitive to oils, so I would start with 5-10 drops for cat spray then see how they respond.
