This Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese recipe is by far a reader favorite, and it has been repinned over 50,000 times. Our Easy Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes Recipe is another reader favorite as well. We have shared printable directions below as well. This is definitely one of my comfort foods, and one of my go to recipes on holidays. Everyone loves it and there is never any leftover, which tells me that it tastes good in addition to being easy to make.
Slow Cooker Easy Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients:
- (2) 16oz. boxes of macaroni noodles
- 1 can of 13 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 1/2 blocks of Velveeta Cheese (one larger 34oz. block and one smaller 16oz. block). (I actually add a little bit more to mine since I like mine REALLY, REALLY cheesy.
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
Directions:
- Cook and drain macaroni noodles and place in slow cooker.
- Place rest of ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for four hours.

- one complete block of Velveeta Cheese (the larger 16oz. block)

The recipes says larger block of cheese 16oz but that’s the smaller one, did you mean 32oz block?
Please clarify what size/ amount of Velveeta. 16oz is the smaller block size.
