My mother-in-law showed us how to make this after we had FOUR FAILED fudge attempts last week! Forget boiling sugar, I’m totally over trying to make traditional fudge. Most of the time it comes out grainy instead of smooth, and I’ve totally found this recipe which is easy to make and the fudge turns out super smooth. We’ve got an easy recipe you won’t ever want to change. If you’ve checked out our Slow Cooker Easy Macaroni & Cheese you know that I’m all about making cooking less complicated.
During the holidays things are stressful enough. I love to make fudge for my son’s teachers and the bus driver. However, I was getting so stressed out and wasting money each time a batch failed. I’m really picky about my fudge, and didn’t want to give them fudge that tasted like it had sand in it. This recipe was my saving grace this year and I wasted much less money by now throwing anything away. Check out all of our super easy recipes.
Two Ingredient Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Tub 16oz. Vanilla Frosting – Remember our Pillsbury Gift Package I blogged about earlier this year? We had a tub in there!
- 1 Jar (16.3 oz) Peanut Butter (I prefer creamy, but hubby tried fudge made with crunchy peanut butter the other day, and he said it was pretty good!)
Directions:
1. Melt these two items over low-medium heat and stir.
2. Pour into a 9×9 inch pan (or if you like thin fudge, you can use a different size. (It does help to line the pan with something, but you don’t have to).
You can make CHOCOLATE FUDGE by following the SAME steps and using chocolate frosting and replacing the peanut butter with a 12oz. bag of chocolate morsels.
