Ever since we purchased our Magic Bullet NutriBullet 12-Piece High-Speed Blender/Mixer System I have been making shakes on a daily basis! This is one of my new favorite shakes for the Easter season!
Right now I’m really on a coconut milk kick! It tastes amazing, and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I’ve been dairy free for a long time!
Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 coconut milk cubes
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 carrot
- ½ banana
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Grate entire carrot with a peeler.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
