How did we get sprinkled with pixie dust and invited to walk the RED CARPET to see THE JUNGLE BOOK premiere in L.A.??? Well, our story begins Once Upon a Time back in July 2015. Stephanie Brandt and I sat down for a ‘get to know you’ Quality Coffee Time and immediately discovered that we were kindred spirits. Our passions in life whirled together in a flurry of excited conversation. As we continued to build onto each other’s stories, we realized that we were meant to meet at this chapter in our lives and work together on several different levels. Soon, we decided to add my entertainment flair to her financial-focused blog, “Debt Free Spending”.

As I learned more about blogging with each new post, my excitement grew with every media press release, movie or product review and personal story. Soon, our blog’s exposure caught Disney’s eye and Debt Free Spending was invited to California for a press junket!
Stephanie doesn’t like to fly and has an infant. I used to work at Sony Entertainment in NYC where I attended several premieres. It was my pleasure to represent DFS and Stephanie in LA and cover the Aladdin/Tomorrowland/DiamondCelebration Junket. Disney treated us like royalty and provided exuberant opportunities to bring home and share with you, our blog readers. Check out those stories at:
