I am almost in tears after my drug store trips today. I know you’re probably tired of hearing me whine about the fact that my Complete Saline Solution has SKYROCKETED at Walmart from $5.99 to over $9 (This is the only brand I can use that doesn’t cause serious eye irritation for me)! So, I almost cried today at CVS when the Magic Coupon Machine printed out TWO FREE coupon for Complete! I almost fell over in the make-up aisle!! It was all I could do to not jump up and down for joy! This was going to save me almost $20! OK, enough gushing now! LOL
So here’s my CVS/Wags trip from today. Wags ALSO had my Complete as a MONEYMAKER! $7.99 with $7.99 in Register Rewards with a $1.00 coupon made it a $1.00 MONEYMAKER!!! I used the $7.99 RR from that to roll into the Kotex ($3.99 with a $1.00/1 coupon getting $3.00 RR Making it FREE) and the Witch Hazel ($4.00 with $4.00 in RR making it FREE). I totally forgot about the FREE Lanacane, so instead I purachsed TWO things of ALL laundry detergent with my leftover RR, making the whole trip FREE! (Except for the candy fillers which were under $1.00)!
Then I went to CVS, printed out the TWO FREE Complete coupons, and scored those and the Mars Candy for FREE. The two FREE Complete’s didn’t even require any money up front, just FREE! The Allegra was $9 with $4 ECB’s, but there was a $5 off coupon, making it FREE!! In the end, I spent NOTHING OOP, and actually used my leftover moneyakers to purchase the Kleenex cubes at $0.88 each! Woot woot! It was a good shopping day! Even saving the almost $30 for saline solution made the whole trip worth it!
