I LOVE ice cream!! But I hate all the calories… I have found this super healthy alternative to that guilty pleasure.
Of course nothing quite compares, but this is as close as it gets 🙂
1. Dip raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or grapes into your favorite low fat yogurt
2. Lay the dipped fruit onto cookie sheet covered in wax paper
3. When you have dipped all the fruit place in the freezer for a few hours until completely frozen
4. ENJOY!!!
