Here is one of my favorite desserts. Not sure where the recipe came from originally but my mom has made it for many years and it is always a hit with friends and family….
4 Layer Dessert
Layers are stacked in a 9×13 in pan
Layer 1 (bottom)
1 cup flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
1 stick margarine
Press into 9×13 pan
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Let cool
Layer 2
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powder sugar
1 c cool whip
Mix together
Layer 3
Large packet instant pudding (I use chocolate but you can use any flavor you like)
Prepare with 3 cups cold milk
Layer 4 (top)
Cool whip blended
Garnish with nuts, cherries or berries or grated chocolate whatever floats your boat
