We are going to be sharing our EASY PEASY Baked Corn Recipe with you tonight! This is probably the easiest baked corn recipe I’ve ever seen, and the pan is EMPTY at every family gathering! We’ve even had to make two batches! So, check our recipe out below!
Ingredients:
- 3 cans cream style corn
- 6 egg whites
- 2 C crushed saltine crackers
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 Tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
Directions:
1. Melt the butter (we melt ours in the microwave) and set aside.
2.Beat the egg whites with a mixer until they are nice and frothy (about 2-3 minutes).
3. Fold in all the ingredients in this order (corn, saltines, butter, milk, and sugar).
4. Stir the ingredients until they are well blended.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes (This may vary depending on your oven).
Didn’t I tell you this was the easiest recipe EVER? 6 ingredients and only 5 steps! Not bad! 🙂
