I was so excited when I found out I was pregnant, so I could get those adorable maternity T-shirts that you see in magazines! Once I saw the price tag, I wasn’t as thrilled! Most companies wanted $30 per shirt! I was definitely not going to pay that much money for a maternity shirt, and told hubby we would have to come up with a cute, inexpensive alternative! This entire shirt cost me about $11.50 to make. I was able to get the Liz Lange Maternity T-Shirt at Target for $9.50 with my Target Red Card, and I found the chalkboard speech bubble iron-on transfer at Michaels on clearance for $2.50! You can snag the Liz Lange Maternity T-Shirt at Target in three colors online (black, white, and grey). Total cost= $12.00!
