I’ve started trying to eat more complex carbohydrates, and I love bananas and I love oatmeal. This Banana Overnight Oatmeal recipe is the perfect breakfast for me, and I’ve started using honey as my sweetener in almost everything I bake. Oatmeal was the only thing I could eat for breakfast during my entire pregnancy, and ever since I have craved it every morning. I have to confess that once in a while when I want a treat I put whipped topping on it too. Try this recipe below and let me know what you think.
