At the stroke of midnight tonight, Cinderella won’t have to worry about her glass slipper! Instead, all of her royal fans will be so excited to snag this classic movie in Diamond Edition! This means you can get it on on Blu-ray Combo Pack, Digital and On-Demand!!! This movie is such a classic, and I was so excited when it arrived in the mail! Our son had never seen it, and it really is one that boys or girls can watch! I love the music, the color, and the characters. Gus the mouse is my favorite! This movie is the ultimate classic! It had been many years since I had seen it, so I was so excited to see this one again!
The Diamond Edition also comes with many neat extras, which inlcuded a hilarious short on the DVD featuring the characters from Tangled called ” Tangled Ever After.” All three of us were laughing out loud at that one, and to me, that makes the whole Diamond Edition worth it! The Blu-Ray also has a never before seen alternate opening sequence! It also features the biography of Mary O’Connor, the inspiration behind the Fairy Godmother! We also found out about the re-release of Beauty and the Beast in theaters (so excited about this one)!
After going to Disney this summer for the first time, and seeing the Bippity Boppity Boo Boutique and Cinderella’s castle, it was a neat reminder of all our wonderful family memories we made! We also learned in the extras that Disneyworld in Orlando is working on a new Disney Princess Fantasyland! The construction for this land was going on while we were there! Let’s just say you will be able to walk right into Belle’s father’s home and the Beast’s castle!!!
