Easy Cheesy Shepards Pie
(1) lb. ground beef
(1) Can cream of mushroom soup
(1) Frozen bag of Oreida mashed potatoes
(1) Can sweet corn
(1 1/2) Cups shredded cheddar cheeese
Garlic powder, Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef & drain. Microwave frozen mashed potatoes. In a baking dish, mix ground beef and cream of mushroom soup. Pour canned corn on top of mixture and spread over beef. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & pepper. Layer mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Suggestions:
- Serve with cornbread & honey butter (add 2 tbsp honey to softened butter & mix thoroughly)
- Great meal to make ahead, freeze, but bring to room temp before baking.
