I am in love with this essential oil journal. I have been wanting to make one of these for months for my Young Living Essential Oil recipes. I have always loved writing in journals, and when I started using my essential oils over a year ago, I wanted a place to keep all of the ways to use them. I found this adorable journal to match my #blessed cup my mother-in-law gave me for Christmas at Joann Fabrics. However, if also found this blessed journal on Amazon.
How to Make Your Own Essential Oil Journal
I have made so many things since my oily journey began that I love and use on a daily basis. You can make your essential oil journal in alphabetical order, or in order of importance, or in order of items made. I prefer to put my favorite recipes at the front and add to each page as I make a new item. I have still numbered the pages, and keep a small index in the back for quick reference. Some of the things I’ve included in my journal are my Holiday Diffuser blends, my Bedtime Rub, and my Lavender, Lemon, & Peppermint Balm.
In our local area we have an essential oil class that I lead with two friends twice a month. We have a make & take class at least once a month, and we are going to be making this in one of our classes this winter. Check out all of our essential oil posts to include more recipes in your journal.
