We are SO EXCITED to bring you our NEW printable Daily Meal Planner! Planning out your meals in advance can save a TON of money! If you are thinking ahead about how to use leftovers, items from your cupboards, and sale items, you will be AMAZED at how much you can save! Remember, you are the home economist, and being organized in this area will save you some serious $$$$. Plus, this planner is FREE! All you have to do is print it!
Tips on Meal Planning:
- Buy grocery items on sale, and stockpile these when you can. Then, cook from your stockpile throughout the year at a reduced cost.
- Buy items that are going to expire soon and use them immediately. We JUST did this with hoagie rolls tonight and had homemade cheese steaks!
- Plan a week in advance, but be willing to change things up at the last minute!
- Prepare any foods ahead of time (on the weekends if you work), so that they can be thrown into the recipe at a moments notice! 🙂
- Throw in more expensive recipes now and then to help fight the urge to eat out. Splurge and make your favorite dish, because it will still be cheaper than eating out!

Hey there! Following back from Growing Up Gardner!
I use a Canon Rebel Xsi 🙂 It’s a great camera to start off with and learn how to shoot in manual. I’m looking to upgrade 🙂

I was wondering about that!!! They had one on sale at walmart for like under $500, and the guys that work there were like BUY IT! But I just couldn’t bring myself to spend that much on a camera! LOL I guess you think it’s worth it, huh? 🙂
