This page is dedicated to finding ways to save you $$$$ by finding freebies, earning rewards online, live frugally, and have fun at the same time! Hopefully these will also help you save money to pay down debt!
FREEBIES!
Freecycle.org is one of my favorite email lists to acquire free stuff in my area. Its basically an email list that allows people to post stuff they want to give away for free, or stuff they want for free. I have acquired a bookshelf and my awesome buffet this way. I have also given stuff away through freecycle, which allows me to keep my house free from extra clutter! I’m also trying to become more “green” and I’d rather give stuff away than send it to the dump! Of course, if you are a lady, you should always take someone with you when you pick up!

About Swagbucks.com
By registering at Swagbucks, you go to the site and do things like search the internet, take surveys, answers a daily poll, etc., to earn SWAGBUCKS. You earn so many Swagbucks for doing each of these things. You can then trade in your SB for prices, and my FAVORITE one is the Amazon $5 giftcard for 450 Swagbucks!
According to the Swagbucks site:
Swagbucks.com is the web’s premier rewards site. Powered by Prodege LLC, Swagbucks.com allows web users to earn virtual currency by doing the things they do every day – search the web, shopping at their favorite retailers, and by engaging in other activities such as phone recycling, submitting polls, and completing special offers. Swagbucks.com is the only place on the web to get what you want without ever having to spend a dime.
Huggies Enjoy the Ride Rewards program allows you to earn points buy entering codes that can be found on the packages of Huggies products. You can also earn points by watching videos, completing polls, etc. These points can be exchanged for products, or you can use them to enter sweepstakes and giveaways. CLICK HERE to join!
Pampers Gifts to Grow program is similar to Huggies. You can find points on products, and by completing other tasks on the site. To join this program CLICK HERE!
If you have NOT signed up for Recycle Bank, now is the time to do it! You earn points for doing green, earth friendly things! This may be watching a video, recycling electronics, etc. CLICK HERE to sign up! Points are not hard to earn!
EARN MONEY
Pine Cone Research is a product preview website, where you complete surveys about possible future products, and you are awarded $3 for each survey. I have made well over $50 in the last year completing these surveys. http://www.pineconeresearch.com is their website, and they periodically have open enrollment to join. It’s also fun to see possible new products!
Mystery Shopping
Mystery Shopping is something I have done for several years. There are two types of mystery shops, one where you receive payment for rating your shopping experience, and the other is where you receive reimbursement for your shopping experience. For example, I went to eat a local burger joint a year ago, and I received money back for my purchase, so I basically was able to eat for free just for rating my experience. Another time, I completed a bank shop where I took pictures of the inside of a bank, spoke with a teller, and then uploaded all the information on the mystery shopping site. I completed five of these visits and made $20 a piece for a total of $100. The following two companies are the ones for which I have worked the most.
Also note, that you usually get paid/reimbursed in the month following the month you completed the shop. Also, make sure you keep all receipts to submit for reimbursement/payment.
