I recently started eliminating processed foods out of my diet, since I have ten more baby pounds to lose, so I’ve been looking for a healthy snack food, and Kale Chips are the answer! I came up with this easy Kale Chip recipe and hope that you enjoy them as much as we do! Snacking on veggies makes the guilt completely go away! 🙂

- Kale (one bunch)
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Trim off stem and cut into bite size pieces.
- Wash Kale and dry in a salad spinner or between paper towels.
- Toss in a bowl with 1 Tbs. olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt (1/4 Tsp.).
- Spread onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- Optional: Add extra extra ingredients and seasonings to your taste. You can also add cheese!
