We were able to head to Dollar Tree tonight, so we could show you how many awesome organizing items they have for $1.00 each! Make sure to check out our Organize Your Home in 30 Minutes or Less Daily Challenge to watch all the videos and read all the blog posts with great organizing tips!! This is Day 7!! Who says organizing has to be expensive! Take a look at all these awesome organizing items we found there for super cheap! You can see above that our local store had many colored storage containers in great colors! There were two smaller types of stackable containers, and they also had the shoe totes for $1.00!
OUR EBOOK IS HERE! 25 Days to an Organized Home Challenge: Revolutionize Your Life and Gain More Time for only $2.99! We’ve had over 12,000 downloads!!!
Tips for Organizing on a Budget
*Use a Lazy Susan in small spaces to be able to spin items around, like this Single Turntable **. Also, we were just at Bed, Bath, and Beyond this weekend, and the smallest one was only $5.99!
*Use a over the door plastic pocket holder to organize virtually anything in your bathroom and closets. It can be used on the back of utility closets for cleaning supplies, on the back of the bathroom door for toiletries, or even on the back of the bedroom closet for jewelry and accessories!
*Head to your local Dollar Store and purchase as many items there first as possible for a lesser price, then branch out to the larger department stores for items that aren’t as easy to find. I was able to reorganize my mom’s entire bathroom for under $5 using Dollar Store bins!
*Purchase cheaper organizational totes at stores like Big Lots. While I couldn’t find every item I needed there, the items were much cheaper than Walmart!

Below: These are bags that lay flat when you suck the air out with your vacuum. Below those are the large that Ziploc type bags that you can use to store sweaters, clothing, etc.
These are the super thin hangers I was talking about in the video! They are covered with a velour material that would make slippage really hard!
Below you can see all the garment back storage items they had! Plus, below that they had canvas bins, but these were slightly flimsy. However, everything else was wonderful quality!!!
