I always try to keep these on hand for my teenager to tide him over until dinner. I also keep a stash in the car so I have something to snack on if I get hungry while I’m out shopping. We all should know by now how dangerous it is to shop hungry! I would much rather be prepared with a $.49 protein bar than to overspend at the grocery store or stop in for fast food!
