My friend Jess makes the most amazing Shrimp Alfredo recipe! She was willing to let me share! Thanks Jess!
For the sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 (16oz.) bag of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella (You could add Romano or other cheeses and as much as you like.)
Directions:
1. Melt the butter on a low simmer.
2. Add the heavy cream & cheese (constantly whisking).
3. Season to your liking. I like to use a pinch of salt, white pepper, garlic powder.
- 8oz. broccoli (you can use fresh or frozen, but it you use frozen, cook first and drain excess water).
- Spaghetti (enough to serve 4 people).
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 clove of minced garlic
Directions:
1. Throw broccoli in a deep frying pan with butter on medium heat
2. Add fresh garlic, shrimp and seasoning.
3. In a separate pot, add pasta to a pot of boiling water when the sauce is almost melted together.
4. Mix it all together in a serving bowl letting all flavors melt together for 5 min before serving.
