Soy Wings with Ginger Rice
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 ½ Cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (reserve 1 Tbsp for Rice)
- ¼ Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger Root or Can Dried Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ½ Stick Real Butter
- Instant Brown Rice
Directions:
Rinse wings and pat dry. Coat with olive oil and toss. Layer wings in large baking pan with high sides. (I use my large lasagna pan!) Pour soy sauce all over wings. Sprinkle black pepper and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour or until juices run clear and meat is clearly falling off the bone. The key is the longer they bake, the better they are!
Make brown rice according to package directions. While hot, add sesame seeds, salt, butter, and ginger. Mix well and cover.
When wings are ready, serve over. Make sure to spoon soy sauce from pan over top!
Enjoy!!
