Because I’m pretty egg intolerant, I was so excited to find this recipe! It’s so easy! You simply combine a Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix and 12 oz. of Sprite Zero! This was perfect for me, since I haven’t been able to eat eggs as easily during pregnancy (Even though I did have some in the Zucchini Tots we made this week)!
Ingredients for Cupcakes (Makes 24) or one cake
- 1 Funfetti Boxed Cake Mix
- 12oz. Sprite Zero (we purchased a 2 Liter and measured out 12oz.
Frosting Recipe Ingredients:
- One container of Cool Whip
- One package of pudding (your choice of flavor).
Directions:
1. Combine boxed cake mix and soda.
2. Cook at recommended settings, and allow to cool.
3. Combine frosting ingredients and frost cake/cupcakes.
YES, it’s that easy. Please note, that the taste does change (but is still very good!), and I don’t know how this would do at higher altitudes! As you can see below, we decided to make the cake, and it turned out very well!
