This is the best quick snack recipe I’ve found! I saw a pin for these string cheese pizza croissants months ago, and have been wanting to make them for a long time! I finally had hubby buy the supplies since I’m on a modified couch rest for the rest of this pregnancy. I would even eat these for dinner! They are so simple to make! Check out our video below which walks you through the steps as well!
Ingredients:
- Croissant Rolls (Pillsbury or brand of your choice)
- Pizza Sauce (I used ricotta since I can’t have red sauces)
- Mozzarella String Cheese (cut in half)
- Pepperoni
- Any other pizza ingredients of your choice. You could really modify this recipe to suit your pizza favorites!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to temperature recommended on croissant roll package.
- Lay out croissant triangles and place desired ingredients on them.
- Cut string cheese in half and place on top of ingredients.
- Roll up croissants and bake until golden brown.
These were so delicious, they were gone in under five minutes in our house! Check out our quick video below!

Love easy lunch snacks to prep for the kids and the string cheese helps with shredded cheese falling all over my kitchen (love when the kids help). Would love if you shared this on Merry Monday Linky Party.
