We have always been Pepsi drinkers (even though I was raised in the South), in fact my son gets mad when he hears you order him a Coke, and will say “No Mommy, I wanted a Pespi (I spelled it like that on purpose because that’s how he says it for some reason)!” So a few weeks ago when Target had a GREAT deal on Pepsi 6 packs for ONLY $2 a piece I stocked up! Since my husband is a Mountain Dew fan I grabbed a few of those for him as well. As he got them out to drink he noticed there was some sediment floating around in the bottle. We looked through all of the ones we had purchased and out of the 36 bottles of Mountain Dew only 6 were effected. I put in a quick email to the company just explaining what had happened and within 24 hours I received a response explaining that the sediment was just orange juice (an ingredient in the product) and it must have been separating out but that they were fine for consumption. They requested some additional information from the bottle so they could contact the facility and make them aware of the issue. After I replied to them I expected this to be the end of our conversation. A short time later I received an additional email explaining that they have notified the facility and will be sending me a coupon to cover the products. This is good customer service, more companies in the world should truly be like this! The fact of the matter is there was really nothing wrong with the product, it was fine for consumption, but it wasn’t up to their standards so they wanted to replace it. This is what makes me brand loyal, when they have customer service beyond any expectation!

They take care of their employees, too. I used to work there and their benefits are awesome as well as events and other perks. It truly is a great company.

Three Cheers for Pepsi – I love the drink and my husband Mt Dew but I love the Coca Cola memorabilia – I did the rebate for the 2 tumblers from Family Dollar and Coca Cola and was VERY disappointed when they arrive in an unprotected plastic bag and cracked – one piece falling out – included was 30 points as the offer stated. I called to report the damage and was told – the item was free and they wouldn’t replace it – here’s 40 points as a courtesy but no new cups -sent an email and they said they would “fix it” and never did – lousy customer service for Coca Cola but Kudos for Pepsi!

i had an issue with a 2 liter bottle. i contacted the company and through emails and phone calls, by the time it was all said and done, i didn’t have to purchase a pepsi product with all the coupons they sent us.
